Divas Del Mondo is a package of 5 shows developed by Teresa De Gennaro encompassing 25 different languages in all.

Within each show the audience are transported to different regions of the world and introduced to the Divas of that domain. Songs are those of international acclaim and have been translated into different languages making the material not too foreign to hum along to. Diverse decades and genres are presented, catering for a wide demographic. It is entertainment ideal for any event, particularly cruise ship audiences.

Each show is generally available in a one hour and a 2x50 min set structure but are flexible enough in time and theme to be catered to particular cruise itineraries or corporate functions. There is a general set playlist and base patter that’s formulaic. With improvisation, audience participation and comic flare each show is smoothly transient, delivering an unique, personalised experience for the audience.

With many years as a cabaret artist, actress and improvisational comedian in Australia, Teresa has a strong ability to tell story and interpret songs thus developing an intimate relationship with an audience. She is well travelled and having lived in multi-cultural Australia, Rome and London her contact with different languages and cultures in abundant.

Accompanying song and story there is the option of multimedia interaction. Photos, video and film footage is played throughout the show, on stage screens. Collages of Divas and maps/photos of countries support the story. Subtitles and text of key points in the structure of the show are translated.
